By installing or using TiviBoy ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TiviBoy is a general-purpose media player. It plays live streams and video-on-demand content from playlists (M3U/M3U8) and Xtream Codes-compatible services that you supply. The app ships with no channels, no streams, no playlists and no content of any kind, and the developer does not sell, rent, promote or endorse any content source.
You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs and credentials you add, and for ensuring you have the legal right to access the content they provide in your jurisdiction. You must comply with the terms of service of any provider you connect to. Using the app to access unauthorized or pirated content is prohibited and is entirely at your own risk and liability.
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any IPTV provider, broadcaster, channel or content owner. All channel names, logos and trademarks that may appear in the app come from playlists you supply and belong to their respective owners.
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your Android devices. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that any particular stream will play. Stream availability and quality depend entirely on your providers and network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including anything arising from content accessed through playlists you supply.
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app.
These terms may be updated for future versions of the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
